Atiku set to visit US in November – Okupe

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar will at the end of November travel to the United State America for public engagement.

Former media adviser to Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo and Goodluck Jonathan, Dr Doyin Okupe disclosed this on his tweeter handle @doyinokupe.

He said “contrary to what copiously exaggerated about the surposed travel ban on the former Vice president, the incoming president will be traveling to the United States of America  by the end of November.”

”Concerning the little understood but copiously exaggerated supposed travel ban on Atiku. His Excellency and in coming President of the federal republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar will be travelling to the US for official and some public engagements by the end of Nov 2018,” Okupe said.

Also, a former governor of Ogun State and  general of the Atiku campaign organization, Otunba Gbenga Daniel last week while featuring on  Politics Today on Channels television said the US embassy had decided to offer visa to the former vice president anytime he wishes to travel to the United States.
